Stop Heathrow Expansion Map of Proposed 3rd Runway

Businesses with offices on the proposed 3rd Runway

Heathrow's 3rd Runway budget 'forgot' to include Compensation for these 10,000 local workers
  Home       Photos       Alternatives       Workers Compensation

Do "the right thing" & compensate each and every affected worker/resident in the soon to be demolished Heathrow Village area.
A million pound each should just about do it!

It’s only fair...

Each and every Worker/Resident (renter/owner) is worried, desperately worried, stressed, about :-
losing their home
losing their job
Being relocated
Finding new schools, new shops, post offices, new phone-number...

Simpson/Harlington Village Disaster Just Begging to happen!
If you have 5 villages in a row, You cant bash down the middle 3 and slot a 3rd-runway in! Because planes heading down the runway for take-off, speed up, until they get to the "point of no return". And then they cant stop, otherwise they will plough off the end of the runway - into the village/houses/highways at the end! And so they have to commit to flying, and if anything happens to the engines between then and 1500meters - where a plane can turn round and glide back to the runway & land safely... well if anything happens, the plane will crash to the ground, and into Simpson & Harlington which are right at the end of the runway! Bird strikes put famous planes into the Hudson! When Town Planners designed airports, they put them out of town - for a reason! You cant slot a new 3rd-Runway/Airport with 250,000 flights a year - into a built up area!

I’ve not mentioned all the other people who are going to lose their jobs e.g. the local Milkman, the gardeners, window-cleaners, suppliers of food to the local pubs/restaurants/hotels maintenance men who fix the street lights or paint the road signs, postmen, council workers, security guards, couriers, plumbers...
